MBS 3D Solutions Return Policy

At MBS 3D Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Eligibility:

All products except for personalized or customized items.

The returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in their original condition.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the below steps:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if the return is due to a damaged product) and instructions. Shipping on returns for non-damaged products is the responsibility of the customer.

Return the item(s) using the provided shipping label.

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

Please allow up to 10 business days (after we receive the returned product) for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
